The Reward of the Wicked

1. The wicked receive their reward at the coming of Christ to this earth. Mat. 13:30, 39-42; Mat. 25:31-33.

2. At death the wicked do not receive their reward; they sleep until the end of the world.Rev. 22:12; Eccl. 9:5, 6.

3. The reward of the wicked is eternal death, not eternal life. Rom. 6:23;

4. If the wicked do not die for their sins then they would live forever; this contradicts Rom. 6:23; Ps. 37:20; Ps. 68:2; 2Thess. 2:8.

5. The wicked will not have any part of this new earth ever. Job.18:17; Ps. 146:4;Ps.104:35; Prov. 10:25;

6. The Bible says that the wicked will be cut off from the earth. Nahum 1:15; Ps. 37:34, 38.

7. The wicked cannot receive the same reward as the righteous. The righteous receive eternal life, but the wicked receive eternal death. John 3:16, 36.

8. Jesus in his parables says that the good receive life, but the wicked are destroyed. Mat. 13:25, 29, 30, 36-41.

9. John in the Revelation says that the wicked will be cast into the lake of fire, and this is called the second death. Rev. 20:14, 15; 21:1.
